In this all day “Dancinar” taught by Alberto and Selena Hoyos you will:

• Learn about your body first: posture, how it moves and what you say with your moves
• Learn to communicate with another person “without words”:  a silent conversation between two bodies takes practice. 
• Learn how to connect on a physical and emotional level to your partner.
• Learn how to take fundamental elements and activate the dancer from within you.
• Learn how to keep each dance fresh and non-patterned
